Due to lack of attendance at certain exercise classes, we have had to cancel or change the following classes starting week commencing 16 October.


Monday

  • Bounce at 10.30am will be cancelled
  • CXWORX will change from 7.30am to 12.15pm

Tuesday

  • Bounce at 9.30am will be cancelled

Thursday

  • Bounce at 7am will be cancelled
  • Yoga at 11am will be cancelled
  • Yoga at 6pm will be cancelled

Friday

  • Bounce at 7am will be cancelled
  • Sprint will change from 1.30pm to 12noon
  • Body Pump will change from 12noon to 10.30am

Saturday

  • Yoga will change from 12noon to 11.30am

Sunday

  • Yoga will change from 11am to 12noon
