Following the Government's announcement on 9 July 2020 we are delighted to say we will reopen on Saturday 25 July at 8am.
Obviously things will be a little different for some time and there are specific issues with some of our facilities which means we will not be able to reopen them just yet.
However, to help you get back into your fitness regimes, we do have an exciting programme of activities that will be available including swimming, classes and gym. All these activities will have limits on the number of people participating at once and they all need to be pre-booked to ensure we adhere to the national guidelines.
The health, wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and we have put into place strict cleansing rotas and measures to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines.
365 Household Membership – This will restart on 25 July. Your membership will be extended for the length of time we have been closed (i.e. four months). Any outstanding payments will be collected on your normal collection dates.
Individual Memberships – These will restart on 25 July. If you pay by Direct Debit these will be collected on your normal collection date. If you have paid up front, then your membership will be extended for the length of time we have been closed (i.e. four months).
At present swimming lessons will not restart. We will monitor the situation closely and when we receive information and updated guidance from the national governing bodies we will notify you when we can recommence with lessons.
The government have stated Spa’s are not permitted to open yet meaning we cannot reopen our thermal suite. As soon as the guidance is updated we will notify you of this.
Play Kingdom and Sports Hall activities
Due to the nature of these facilities and activities where we cannot control or adhere to social distancing guidelines, these activities will not be available at present.
We can’t wait to welcome you all back and see you again from Saturday 25 July.
