Session bookings and no shows

 

Since we reopened we have had numerous no shows for booked sessions. We appreciate at times this cannot be avoided but to help us and provide access to activities and sessions for others, if you do not intend on showing up to a session, then please cancel this via the app or telephone 01246 242 365.

This is to help us manage the number of people within sessions and help make it as fair as possible for users, allowing any customers on the waiting list to move up and free up additional spaces. You can cancel a booking up to 90 minutes before a session starts. Any cancellations after this will result in a no show mark against your account.

If you receive two no show marks within a 30 day period then you will be restricted to making bookings via the telephone only for one month.
