This months gym challenge is the 'Body Age' challenge.
Using the inbody machine in the gym it will be your actual age, measured against the inbody machine age and the male and female with the biggest differences will win.
Please note to enter the challenge you need to speak to a member of staff who must be present during your attempt so they can verify your entry. Failure to do this will result in your entry being void. There will be prizes for both female and male particpants.
