What is it?

Aimed at families with 11-14 year olds, you can turn up and train in the gym using the cardiovascular machines (running, cycling, rowing and cross training) and resistance weight machines. All sessions must be pre-booked at reception so we can monitor usage. The slots available are on Saturdays 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm and 4-5pm and multiple slots can be booked.

We have also included a virtual BORN TO MOVE™ class from 3-4pm aimed at 8-12year olds (adult supervision required). This class helps children experience the joy and vitality of moving to music and feeds young people’s natural appetite for action, movement and play – all whilst feeding them with the energy, confidence, good health and increased ability that goes with it.

Adult supervision is required at all times (one adult to two children) and an induction is required before you are able to use the equipment. Please telephone 01246 242 365 to book.

What is it?

Our recently refurbished 100+ station gym features the latest advanced gym equipment from Pulse Fitness’s top of the range Premium Cardio and Strength lines including: an elliptical cross-trainer, Pulse step-mill and concept II indoor-rower; as well as additions to the free weights area and spin studio. Brand-new gym flooring has also been fitted throughout, including improved quality matting in the gym’s free weight section.

In addition to this we have Stairmaster machines, elevating our offering for members and customers.

Our new all-in-one fitness app, TRAKK will allow you to enjoy a fully connected fitness experience. Using the TRAKK wristband and console technology you can easily track your completed workouts and transfer this data to your mobile device.

Please note that members must wear their wristbands at all times when using and accessing the facility as without it, you will not be able to use the machines in the new gym.

Junior Gym

Junior Gym

What is it?

Aimed at 11-14 year olds, our Junior Gym sessions are a great way to exercise with your friends in an informal and safe environment.

During these supervised sessions, you will be given a personalised training programme and be able to use the cardiovascular machines (running, cycling, rowing and cross training) and the resistance weight machines. Inductions on how to use the equipment correctly and safely are required for all participants.

Sessions run twice every weekday from 3.30-4.15pm and 4.15-5pm and must be pre-booked at reception or telephone 01246 242 365, with a maximum of 10 people allowed at any one time.

Our personal trainers are qualified level 3 fitness professionals who specialise in many different areas and will tailor the session to meet your needs. They can focus on areas such as diet and nutrition, fitness advice, muscle toning, weight management, cardio fitness and flexibility.
