We are delighted to say that we have bought some additional trampolines for our Bounce Fit classes.
This means the class sizes have now been nearly doubled as they have increased from five to nine.
Bounce Fit is a popular class that is performed on mini trampolines. This group exercise class is the key to a fit body and a fun time focusing on simple movements whilst bouncing up, down and around. It is a fun exercise with choreographed dance routines.
It improves weight loss three times quicker than floor based workouts due to opposing gravity and added g-force. It helps increased circulation, improves balance and coordination and provides you with better core strength whilst improving bone density.
