We all know the benefits of playing sport and taking part in physical activity, but as we get older, we find we can’t play the sports we once loved.
But what if the sport was played at a slower pace and less intense, but still gave you that enjoyment?
Up step the Arc Angels Walking Netball Club. This group of ladies get together to enjoy the benefits of exercise, the camaraderie, the laughs and just feeling good by taking part, but at a slower pace.
It takes place every Thursday from 2-3pm (during term time) in our sports hall and it is great fun. The cost is £3 per session.
