We have over 100 group exercise classes every week and they are extremely popular.
Our classes range from Sprint to chair-based and Body Attack to wellness and provide a range of benefits to suit all ages and abilities.
Our booking system for these classes has been in operation since we opened in 2017 and has proven to be very successful. Bookings for our classes open at 6am, seven days in advance of when the class is due to take place. We do this so it is fair, and everyone has the opportunity book onto the class.
Places cannot be reserved prior to the seven-day window and classes are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Classes can be booked via the website, the TRAKK app, or by visiting our reception.
If you are new to our classes, please ensure you turn up at least five/ten minutes before the class is due to start so the instructor can talk you through what will happen or any special moves/equipment that you need to be aware of. If you turn up late you may not be permitted to participate in the class and this delays it for everyone else.
We also operate a no show and sanctions policy on our classes.
