What is it: Our Thermal Suite is a place to relax and unwind after a workout or swim. Wash the stresses and strains of everyday life away as you relax in a haven of tranquillity in our sauna and steam room or cool down with our amazing ice fountain that relaxes and soothes the muscles.
Benefits: Soothes your nerve endings, relaxes your muscles and it can minimise joint pain.
Bookings: You do not need to book to use these facilities. Please note that the age limit to use this facility is 15 years old and over.
