This event showcases a variety of new and exciting LES MILLS classes to try out including Body Combat, Body Pump, Shapes, RPM (indoor cycling) and Shapes.
On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July 2025 we will be staging the following classes and their new releases:
Saturday 26 July
- 9am RPM - a high-intensity indoor cycling workout where you go on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding controlling your own resistance and speed levels.
- 10am Sprint - using an indoor bike this high intensity, low impact workout, is scientifically proven to return rapid results.
- 10am Body Step - a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
- 11am Body Combat - a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. We will be accompanied by the amazing Les Mills instructor, Justin Riley for this session.
- 12pm Shapes - an invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats.
Sunday 27 July
- 9am The Trip - a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds with Les Mills presenter Claire Buck.
- 10am Body Pump - a total body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. We will be accompanied by the amazing Les Mills instructor, Justin Riley for this session.
- 11am Body Attack - a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts with Les Mills presenter Claire Buck.
Places can be booked seven days in advance of the class through the channels such as through our TRAKK App, the website booking system or at reception. Non-members will need to visit reception to book a place.
We appreciate our members want to try as many of these new releases as soon as possible, but please only book the classes you want to attend and be considerate to other members.
