Verbal abuse

Our staff are here to provide you with a pleasant, safe and welcoming environment for you to undertake your workouts or enjoy sporting activities on your own, with friends or family.

Over the past few weeks, there has been an increase in the amount of verbal abuse aimed at our staff who are doing their job and challenging people when they have either forgotten their wristband or believe the wristband is being used inappropriately.

This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

It is a condition of your membership that you bring your wristband with you and have it on your person at all times when you are wanting to access our facilities or take part in classes.

We do however, understand that sometimes people do forget their wristband. If you are one of those people, then please check in at reception before heading to take part in your activity, so the relevant staff can be made aware and can give you access to the appropriate activity.

Our staff are here to help, but they will continually challenge people to show their wristband.

If we find that someone is abusing this system, or our staff, then the wristband will be confiscated and we also have the right to cancel the membership immediately, if we deem it to be appropriate.
We would appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
